Either just interior or just exterior security and emergency maintenance check. Complicated repairs and or parts cost extra but only performed and purchased after acceptance by customer. Once per week. 30 day subscription. 

NOTE: Please put as many relevant details as possible in the comments section of the cart when checking out. We will email/text you for any missing details but it's always better to have as many up front as possible. Details like times and or days that will absolutely not work for visits or security checks, name of house occupants if not the same as the buyer of the plan, house address if service address is different than the buyer of the plan's address, special instructions, special needs or even pet peaves.
